Supervisor, Production Operations - Weekday Night Shift

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite weekday night shift: 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Wednesday and alternating Thursdays.

Annual base salary: $78,500–$101,000, plus a 10% pay differential for applicable shifts outside standard base-pay shifts.

What you will do

• Oversee daily operations, productivity, staffing, and throughput for an assigned manufacturing area.
• Directly supervise, train, coach, and support manufacturing staff.
• Lead daily standups, communicate goals and needs, and coordinate solutions.
• Prepare reports comparing production results with planned manufacturing targets.
• Ensure materials, tools, documents, and other resources are ready for each shift.
• Identify improvement opportunities, develop production plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead Lean and 7S projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of manufacturing professionals.
• Experience leading teams in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience across multiple product industries with rigorous quality standards.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, practical approach with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems including EPICOR, Outlook, and related tools.
