Performance Leader - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite – Buffalo, NY

Salary: $85,000–$115,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead a group of highly skilled A&T technicians and machinists to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
• Maximize personnel and equipment utilization to optimize productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to identify and implement lean improvement activities.
• Manage employee relations, including performance evaluations, goal setting, training, and counseling.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met to limit injuries and reduce lost time.
• Maintain accurate production records, attendance reports, and material scrap notifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of production experience or Associate's degree with 10 years of production experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of functional manufacturing activities and supporting departments.
• Proven leadership capability, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Must be able to work onsite in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY on the 2nd shift.
