Regional Rental Sales Manager (Florida)

Location: Tampa, Florida; customer engagement and collaboration with colleagues in the office

Annual base salary: $203,490–$264,500; incentive eligible

What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with rental customers while maximizing account and market penetration.
• Lead regional customer and sales management, new customer acquisition, satisfaction measurement, pricing, margins, and retention.
• Set quotas, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and ensure consistent use of sales tools and systems.
• Achieve annual objectives for profit, volume, margins, business mix, and market share.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, coach, and manage the performance of Rental Account Managers and Rental Fulfillment employees.
• Investigate customer concerns, implement corrective actions, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• At least five years of Rental or related sales management experience.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
• No major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous three years, including DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, or reckless/careless driving.
• Ability to work in a customer-facing role and collaborate with colleagues in the office.
