What you will do

• Develop and implement eBeam/SEM metrology solutions addressing customer technology gaps.
• Create and lead methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Perform capability-and-feasibility studies and qualify new metrology approaches.
• Analyze, develop, and transfer application capabilities to customer sites.
• Lead customer technical reviews, clarify requirements, and coordinate analyses and schedules.
• Document best-known methods and procedures and deliver training to employees and customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience operating SEM metrology systems in the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise in eBeam/SEM metrology and inspection.
• Strong data analysis skills; programming experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lead projects from kickoff through completion, including planning and reporting.
• Ability to solve complex problems, explain difficult information, build consensus, and work independently or in groups.
