What you will do

• Lead and participate in customer projects supporting technology node transitions, process optimization, and high-volume manufacturing ramps.
• Translate customer on-product issues into actionable lithography and metrology problem statements to maximize productivity.
• Support new product introductions (NPI), process qualifications, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Perform advanced statistical data analysis using large manufacturing datasets to optimize process control and overlay performance.
• Collaborate with account teams, product development, and external customer engineering to implement sustainable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Applications, Process, or Yield Engineering, Metrology, or Lithography.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Python, MATLAB, JMP, SQL, or equivalent statistical software tools.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work in laboratory environments, including specific vision requirements (color vision, depth perception).
