TL;DR

Product Performance Engineer (Semiconductor): Drive product-related performance improvements, such as Availability/XLD/LHM, from analysis to execution by partnering with headquarters and local teams with an accent on data insights and actionable solutions. Focus on enabling system performance improvement through structured reporting and roadmap-driven execution.

Location: Onsite in Hsinchu, Taiwan

What you will do

  • Own Taiwan XLD data quality through weekly alignment with local teams.
  • Manage Top-X XLD issues and deliver bi-weekly updates to customers and management.
  • Lead rollout of Golden Packages and track field execution.
  • Ensure XLD-related performance issues are resolved end-to-end.
  • Propose ROI-based solutions to customers and site stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 2+ years experience in hirify.global 2nd Line Engineering (internal) or Lithography equipment / semiconductor field (external).
  • Strong project management capability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.

Skills

  • Data analytics and database knowledge (Insight preferred).
  • Understanding of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Power BI and Python (data analysis).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
