Senior Associate, ANZ Strategy & Planning

What you will do

• Support the VP of hirify.global ANZ in setting and executing the region’s strategic agenda.
• Conduct deep dives into strategic issues and develop growth, market-entry, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support business-wide planning, quarterly strategy offsites, and monthly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketplace, Merchant, Dasher, New Verticals, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Analyze raw data, model and stress-test options, generate ideas, and deliver leadership-ready recommendations or pilots.
• Use analytical and AI tooling to improve output and streamline repeatable work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology, operations, consulting, strategy, or similarly rigorous roles.
• Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet modeling and working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to approach novel problems from first principles and adapt as priorities change.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to collaborate with business leaders and operators across functions.
• Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
