Focus on analyzing market-specific requirements, coordinating SDLC projects, and supporting reliable systems across options, equities, futures, and other financial products.

What you will do
- Lead compliance technology requirements across the Asia Pacific region.
- Act as the bridge between Compliance and multiple technology teams.
- Define requirements for trading controls, surveillance, monitoring, regulatory reporting, and enquiries.
- Prepare detailed requirements documents and coordinate project development and implementation.
- Manage backlog deployment, project status reporting, planning, estimation, and risk management in a large-scale production environment.
- Analyze how hardware, networking, middleware, and software components integrate, and assist with testing when required.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in business analysis within an IT environment, including management of SDLC projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
- Experience in a trading firm, investment bank, or other financial institution.
- Strong communication, organizational, planning, estimation, and risk management skills.
- Experience with data analysis using Python and/or SQL.
- Commitment to innovation and continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Agile IT governance, project management, and software development methodologies.
- Experience with project tracking systems, preferably Jira.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits.
- Knowledge of Python and pandas, relational databases such as Oracle, SQL, or MySQL, and business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense.
