Senior Analyst, Transformation

Location: Brisbane South (Nathan), Australia; full unrestricted Australian work rights required. Hybrid on-campus and work-from-home options are available, with possible work across other Griffith locations.

Salary: AUD 137,165.65–142,070.17 base salary plus 17% superannuation; full package range AUD 160,483.80–166,222.09.

What you will do

• Deliver strategic transformation projects with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and the Transformation team.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, identify pain points, and define future-state solutions.
• Analyse complex data and information to assess current conditions and forecast the impact of future options.
• Prepare evidence-based recommendations, performance reports, and persuasive analysis documents.
• Lead sprint teams of business analysts and subject matter experts, while mentoring operational teams through process change.
• Implement agreed solutions with functional teams, users, and project teams in line with project and change management frameworks.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications and extensive relevant experience in strategic analysis, data analysis, and/or change projects, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex issues and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Confident communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
• Full unrestricted Australian work rights are required.
• May be subject to a National criminal history check.
