Operations Tech Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, implement, and maintain technology solutions for Trading Operations.
• Translate operational workflows and business requirements into technical solutions while bridging Operations and Technology teams.
• Use Python, SQL, and other technologies to develop applications, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency and controls.
• Help design AI-native solutions where artificial intelligence is part of the underlying architecture.
• Contribute across architecture, design, development, testing, integration, scalability, maintainability, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Rotate across Trading Operations teams to understand the trade lifecycle and identify technology-led improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in software development, technology-enabled Operations, or a relevant technical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong programming capability with practical experience in Python, SQL, or other technologies.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, databases, testing, architecture, integration, and maintainability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Financial markets or Trading Operations experience is advantageous.
