Home & Accessories Sourcing & Production Analyst

Location: New York, United States, NY; hybrid schedule with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote

Salary: $70,125–$94,875 per year

hirify.global is hiring for its Home & Accessories sourcing and production function.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement, order placement, and delivery tracking across Home & Accessories categories.
• Manage open orders, deliveries, and supplier delivery performance.
• Develop monthly supply plans and negotiate costs and supplier pricing.
• Support new retail product and special project launches, including SKU setup.
• Manage invoices, responsible sourcing and sustainability activities, quality, and returns.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support product availability, accurate master data, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience relevant to sourcing, production, procurement, supplier management, and delivery operations.
• Ability to manage product orders, supplier performance, pricing, supply plans, invoices, and returns.
• Ability to work 4 days per week in the New York, NY office under the hybrid schedule.
