Warehouse & Inventory Operations Lead (Fiber Communications)

Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States

Salary: $25–$35 per hour, W-2

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse, yard, dock, inventory, and material movement activities as the primary on-site representative.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse and yard operations.
• Process receiving, issuing, returns, transfers, cycle counts, audits, and inventory adjustments.
• Record material movements and reconcile physical inventory in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP/WMS.
• Coordinate carrier appointments, inbound receiving, outbound staging, loading, unloading, and shipment discrepancy resolution.
• Organize warehouse layouts, racking, storage locations, replenishment, contractor material disbursements, and project-related transfers.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Forklift certification and experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, communication, and independent work skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and material flow requirements.
