Warehouse Specialist

Location: San Francisco, California — on-site

Salary: $92,000 per year, plus equity eligibility for regular full-time employees.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, verify, and put away inbound shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and ship outbound orders accurately and on schedule.
• Stage and kit deployment equipment, including unboxing, assembly, and shipment preparation.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts, maintain an organized and safe warehouse, and perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Handle returns, RMAs, repair units, shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and issue escalation.
• Build inventory and shipment records, document repeatable warehouse processes, and improve storage layouts, transportation routes, and shipping workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations, including hands-on receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift.
• Strong organizational, spreadsheet, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines while troubleshooting quickly under time pressure.
• Comfort working with carriers, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being built.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification; certification can be provided if needed.
• Experience with a WMS, ERP, or inventory management system, or with implementing one.
• Experience supporting hardware deployments, kitting, field equipment logistics, or a growing warehouse and distribution footprint.
