Recruiting Events & Operations Coordinator

What you will do

• Plan and execute recruiting events including candidate dinners, conferences, and campus activations.
• Source creative venues and act as a brand ambassador to recruit top talent at events.
• Own talent operations for the R&D recruiting team to ensure smooth processes.
• Track event budgets, manage vendor logistics, and evaluate ROI for initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and the Employee Experience team to create intentional event programs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in event planning, programs, or community initiatives.
• Strong operational instincts with the ability to execute creative ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
