Senior Product Manager (AI Media & Entertainment)

Location: On-site in Montreal or Toronto, hybrid, or remote across Canada

Salary: CAD 122,000–179,300 base salary, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Own product outcomes including platform adoption, user engagement, extensibility, and business impact.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for AI-assisted experiences across the Flow platform.
• Shape personalized workspaces, intelligent agents, automated workflows, and contextual artifacts.
• Enable users to deploy custom tools and automations through natural-language instructions.
• Lead integrations with hirify.global and third-party products such as Maya, Substance, Unity, Unreal, GitHub, and Flow Production Tracking.
• Coordinate engineering, customers, stakeholders, and production teams while prioritizing work through research, usability studies, workflow insights, and market analysis.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Media & Entertainment and at least 5 years in Product Management.
• Proven experience shipping SaaS or cloud-based products.
• Strong understanding of film and game production pipelines, including dailies, editorial, asset management, and multi-user collaboration.
• Experience with AI, agentic systems, or intelligent workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in 0-to-1 or highly ambiguous environments, plus knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
