Sr. Product Manager (AI)

Location: Vancouver, Canada; hybrid

Expected salary: CAD 120,000–150,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and own a multi-year strategic roadmap for the cross-product data fabric powering hirify.global Anvi.
• Identify and validate customer use cases and define the data and capabilities required to support AI-driven insights and analysis.
• Engage customers and prospects through interviews, demos, and beta programs to validate product direction.
• Translate customer needs and market signals into clear platform value narratives for technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and user experience teams to define solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across the product portfolio and field organizations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing enterprise software product management role.
• Experience validating product direction through customer engagement, discovery, and evidence-based feedback loops.
• Ability to guide data sourcing, ontology, and platform direction across a multi-product portfolio.
• Strong communication and influence skills, including translating technical platform concepts into customer-facing value.
• Ability to lead and align technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience working in dynamic environments with Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative and predictive AI pipelines and processing.
• Experience working with data engineering teams and building solutions for enterprise customers at scale.
• Knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management, Enterprise Agile Planning and Delivery, financial management, or resource management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and systems-thinking skills for understanding complex data architecture dependencies.
