Shipping and Receiving I (Logistics)

Location: 420 W Franklin Ave, Meridian, Idaho, United States; onsite work in a shipping dock and warehouse environment.

Salary: $41,620–$50,336 USD per year.

What you will do

• Prepare finished composite decking products for shipment by labeling, wrapping, and staging them.
• Verify packing lists, bills of lading, load sheets, and other outbound shipping documentation.
• Load trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and priorities with the Lead Shipper and Warehouse Manager.
• Update inventory records, maintain an organized shipping area, and report discrepancies, delays, or equipment issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics work preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
