Senior Program Manager (Project Management)

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica; remote work from home

What you will do

• Lead complex technical projects and programs aligned with business priorities.
• Manage project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate status, impacts, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Facilitate governance, support change adoption, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects or programs.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.

Nice to have

• Experience with end-user technology, infrastructure, network, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
