Technical Program Manager

Location: Colombia, Pereira; work from home 100% of the time or work from one of the global offices

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver technical initiatives while keeping timelines aligned and transparent.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and coordination for contractor engineering teams.
• Own Jira boards, including ticket creation, grooming, sprint planning, and status tracking.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Provide TPM support across programs focused on identity and access management and core system migrations.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to engineering leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical delivery role
• Strong technical acumen, ideally in an enterprise or infrastructure engineering environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Jira and strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience coordinating and leading contractor or globally distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
