Regional Logistics Manager (Construction)

Location: Mansfield, Texas, United States; regional yard operations. External applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA.

What you will do

• Oversee transportation, inventory management, warehouse operations, machinery, and facility maintenance across regional yards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Logistics managers, yard teams, support teams, and materials management teams.
• Analyze daily, monthly, and annual KPIs; implement LEAN-based corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Manage annual regional inventory and cycle counts, demand planning, operating plans, capital budgets, and expenditures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Safety teams to align logistics activities with business and customer needs.
• Develop hiring plans, standard operating processes, logistics strategies, and safety-focused procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree or equivalent proven exhirify.globalence is preferred.
• Exhirify.globalence managing complex logistics operations, preferably in construction or machinery rental.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, delegation, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage logistics resources, annual operating plans, capital budgets, expenditures, and timelines.
• Exhirify.globalence with inventory management, demand planning, strategy implementation, Microsoft Office, and business software.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
