What you will do

• Lead daily non-ferrous warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, processing, and storing materials.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels, monitor turnover, and maintain accuracy through audits and reporting.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees while improving engagement and performance.
• Identify workflow and material-handling improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders on business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in non-ferrous recycling, metals processing, or a related industry.
• Experience identifying, grading, and sorting aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, and other non-ferrous metals.
• Proven leadership experience managing warehouse, production, or industrial operations teams.
• Experience with inventory management, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Strong safety focus, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to operational growth and change.
