Reverse Logistics Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage reverse logistics operations, including returns unloading, eCommerce returns, RTV/RTS processing, new store setup, and supply operations.
• Directly supervise team leads across eCommerce returns, returns, RTV/RTS, and supplies.
• Manage product returns, inventory accuracy, production execution, count verification, and daily performance reporting.
• Plan daily workloads, implement process improvements, and organize teams to meet operational targets.
• Use warehouse management systems and analytical skills to report operating trends and reverse logistics KPIs.
• Handle escalations and coordinate actionable support with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management, logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated process improvement, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally.
