Logistics Specialist I (PSA)

Location: Onsite in Boca Raton, FL, United States. Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm; overtime may be required.

Salary: $16.50 per hour

What you will do

• Organize and sort orders in storage rooms according to turnaround times and service levels.
• Scan and organize orders to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Track and locate orders according to FIFO standards while updating spreadsheets and identifying problem orders.
• Support Operations teams and collaborate with the Logistics Lead on daily projects.
• Maintain clean, stocked work areas and prepare supplies for the next shift.

Requirements

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Communicate clearly and work professionally as part of a team.
• Use Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and 10 Key; learn customized company software.
• Lift and carry 30 pounds or more and sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through e-Verify.

Nice to have

• Prior logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Interest in developing inventory and warehouse management knowledge.
