What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical teams to deliver multi-stream implementation services for high-criticality enterprise environments.
• Manage the financial health of your project portfolio, including budget burn rates, margin analysis, and revenue recognition.
• Serve as the primary face of the delivery team to C-suite stakeholders, managing expectations and navigating complex relationships.
• Ensure a seamless, consultative transition from the sales cycle to technical execution.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline project workflows and maximize team productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• Extensive background in professional services delivery within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
• Mastery of project management principles with experience overseeing concurrent workstreams.
• Strong grasp of modern networking, cybersecurity, and cloud concepts such as SASE, Zero Trust, APIs, and DNS.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience navigating complex, ambiguous environments and defining operational processes.
