Location: On-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States; Shift 1.

Annual salary: $120,860–$231,670 USD.

What you will do

• Lead the performance, development, and employee relations of engineers and technicians in the Ocotillo Technology Fabrication Dry Etch Module team.
• Partner with Group Leaders and other Module Team Leaders to maintain consistent results across functional areas.
• Develop and execute roadmaps against safety, cost, quality, availability, training, and employee-relations metrics.
• Support segment team activities, including IMT, Production, or TMI leadership for the factory.
• Lead technical task forces and resolve complex technical issues.
• Model the expected culture and behavioral standards for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a related science or engineering field plus 4+ years of wafer-fabrication process engineering experience, or a master's degree plus 2+ years of experience, or a Ph.D. in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience handling semiconductor process flows.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and Model Based Problem Solving.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills, tolerance of ambiguity, and commitment to tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, on Shift 1.

Nice to have

• Experience interacting with vendor field-service engineering support and manufacturing or engineering technicians.
• Semiconductor processing engineering experience with the ability to provide technical direction on quality issues.
• Data analysis skills.
