Pharmacy Client Engagement Project Manager – Large Complex National Accounts

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 annual

What you will do

• Manage intake, prioritization, resource assignment, deadlines, and service-level adherence for incoming pharmacy consulting work.
• Coordinate with large employer market consultants and pharmacy consulting specialists across financial modeling, PBM contracting, and clinical strategy.
• Oversee standardized financial modeling, training, peer review, quality assurance, and documentation processes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, communication protocols, repositories, and version-control standards.
• Coordinate PBM contract reviews, RFP templates, procurement tools, and related workflows.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks and bottlenecks, build reporting dashboards, and support resource planning and capacity forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Project Management, or a related field, and/or 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex projects, workflows, or operations in consulting or professional services.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience with project tracking tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams/SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work location: United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management, pharmacy consulting, or healthcare consulting.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, quality assurance, and peer review frameworks.
• Experience with RFP processes, contract review workflows, or procurement initiatives.
