Project Manager- Pharmacy Associate

Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Thursdays are required in-office days, with two additional flexible office days.

Salary: $87,188.40–$114,434.78 per year, plus benefits and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Organize and support daily activities for pharmacy program implementations.
• Support programs end to end, including project plan development, status reporting, risk and milestone tracking, escalations, and retrospectives.
• Identify optimization opportunities and support operational improvements, controls, and monitoring.
• Lead selected program components and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop reusable tools, standards, meeting materials, and action-item tracking processes.
• Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience at a PBM, payer, or pharmacy consulting firm focused on reviewing healthcare data.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams or projects and supporting change management.
• 1+ years of experience with health insurance regulation and compliance.
• 1+ years working with technical teams, integrations, or product management.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical payer and PBM claims adjudication systems such as RxClaim.
• Experience with pharmacy claim testing and quality assurance.
• Experience with ticketing and project management systems such as Jira, Appian, or Monday.com.
• Experience with payers offering ACA or health exchange insurance.
