What you will do

• Support rate and rule revisions across all lines of business.
• Develop system specifications for rating and system changes.
• Assess the impact of revisions on systems and business processes.
• Coordinate requirements and implementation timelines with partner teams.
• Support testing, validation, and review of implemented system changes.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess system impacts.
• Ability to support rate and rule revisions and implementation timelines.
• Experience coordinating requirements, timelines, and results.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and prioritization skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Insurance filing, regulatory compliance, or P&C rating experience.
• Experience translating business changes into system requirements.
• Testing, validation, or post-implementation review experience.
• Documentation, tracking, and cross-functional partnership experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, or SharePoint.
