VP, FP&A Enterprise Growth (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Nationwide, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

hirify.global is a major U.S. healthcare company operating insurance and CenterWell healthcare services for Medicare, Medicaid, military, and other members.

What you will do

• Lead and build finance teams of approximately 25+ FTE supporting Enterprise Growth.
• Own financial planning and performance management for approximately $5B in marketing, commissions, and operational cost budgets.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, variance explanations, and five-year plans for the Enterprise Growth organization.
• Build financial analytics and models covering lifetime value, NPV, ROI, enterprise value, distribution-channel profitability, and investment returns.
• Partner with business leaders on growth initiatives, test-and-learn business cases, technology investments, and trade-off decisions.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to the President of Enterprise Growth, CFO, Corporate Strategy, CIO, CEO, and other senior leaders.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience in large-cap operational or business-partnering finance, including ownership of functional budgets.
• Strong experience with financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and complex data analysis.
• Experience leading a global function or P&L in a Fortune 500 or similarly large, highly matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, influence executives, and drive organizational change.
• An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing returns, actuarial analysis, or accounting.
• CPA, MBA, or actuarial certification.
