Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Office location or remote within the USA; willingness to travel bi-monthly, up to 25% annually.

Salary: $143,000–$191,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Own the enterprise annual planning process, including templates, timelines, deliverables, financial models, and forecasts.
• Lead R&D budgeting, forecasting, approvals, analytics, and ad hoc financial support.
• Deliver variance analysis, KPIs, dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Model hosting costs and AI usage to support capacity and cost planning.
• Prepare business cases and advise on investments, staffing, resource allocation, product introductions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Improve forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes while building and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8–10 years of financial planning and analysis experience, ideally in a SaaS environment, with increasing responsibility.
• At least 2–3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using AI tools, ERP systems, and financial planning software; OneStream is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking, organization, and prioritization skills.
