Associate Talent Partner, Marketing & G&A

Location: San Francisco, United States; expected to join the office

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 USD per year, plus equity compensation in the form of ISO options.

What you will do

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling and logistics across multiple go-to-market requisitions.
• Manage complex multi-stage interview loops, panel interviews, cross-functional debriefs, executive rounds, and last-minute changes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, stages, scorecards, feedback, interview plans, and reporting in Ashby.
• Draft candidate communications and support offer processes, including compensation approvals, offer letters, and background checks.
• Serve as the day-to-day candidate contact and monitor pipeline health, surfacing bottlenecks.
• Support light sourcing, outreach, market mapping, competitive research, and recruiting strategy development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a detail-heavy, high-volume coordination role.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby is required, including pipeline management, interview plan creation, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple candidates, processes, interview stages, and concurrent requisitions without sacrificing quality.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent written communication skills for clear, warm, and professional candidate-facing messages.
• Ability to work in the United States and join the San Francisco office; employment eligibility is verified after hiring through E-Verify.

• Familiarity with the MarTech and data landscape or technical go-to-market roles.
