What you will do

• Build and scale relationships with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and specialized industry analyst firms.
• Plan and deliver strategic briefings covering product innovations, company strategy, and customer successes.
• Lead preparation for Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes, and other major industry evaluations.
• Capture analyst feedback and translate market intelligence into guidance for product and go-to-market teams.
• Organize analyst roundtables, briefings, and advisory meetings at company events and industry summits.
• Educate research analysts on market shifts and o9’s role in supply chain and enterprise decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or Corporate Communications within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience with or exposure to supply chain platforms.
• Strong familiarity with Gartner, Forrester, and IDC research methodologies and established relationships within the supply chain analyst community.
• Exceptional narrative-building and presentation skills for executive and analyst audiences.
• Strong organization, self-direction, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
