Associate Director Product Development Program Manager (Digital Assessments)

Location: Remote - USA; employees near hirify.global offices may choose fully remote or hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Occasional business travel is required, up to 12 times per year.

Salary: $68,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Support digital assessment pilots and research studies through environment validation, configuration checks, readiness activities, and documentation.
• Execute predefined validation steps and smoke testing for AP and CRA administrations.
• Prepare materials, validate devices, support participant communications, and manage readiness documentation.
• Assist with virtual or onsite live administrations, troubleshooting, coordination, and real-time issue management.
• Track test logs, defects, risks, and validation artifacts while escalating issues with recommended next steps.
• Partner with program management, product, technology, and assessment delivery teams to capture feedback and improve execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, technical operations, digital product support, QA/testing support, or assessment delivery.
• Experience executing project plans, maintaining documentation, tracking tasks, and supporting validation or testing activities.
• Ability to identify and clearly document defects, risks, and blockers and escalate them appropriately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including status updates, meeting notes, and structured documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar tools; authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Location in the Northeastern or Mid-Atlantic United States.
• Experience with digital assessment, education technology, platform testing, or technical validation.
• Familiarity with structured testing, defect tracking, quality assurance, cross-functional product and technology work, or Agile delivery.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for up to four hours, and occasionally bend, reach, or kneel.
