Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies for customer retention and account growth.
• Direct client-specific programs and align account strategy with the corporate growth plan.
• Analyze competition, market trends, customer attitudes, and program performance.
• Consult with development teams on market requirements and product features.
• Communicate account strategies across marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction functions.
• Coordinate pricing, positioning, packaging, and recommendations for strategic changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to supervise, hire, train, evaluate, and direct employees.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including sitting, walking, and handling objects.
