What you will do
- Ensure client satisfaction and high NPS through trust-building and stature expansion within client organizations.
- Provide strategic POV on initiatives, leading account and creative teams to meet objectives without surprises.
- Manage multiple programs/projects, driving organic growth, retention, and scope expansion.
- Champion collaborative team environments and integrate activities across partners and disciplines to launch client business.
- Assess strategies for efficiencies, operations streamlining, and agency value enhancement.
- Build and maintain client relationships with regular onsite collaboration in Dallas.
Requirements
- Hybrid in Dallas, TX: onsite at client offices approx. 2 days per week
- Hands-on experience running accounts with senior stakeholders and delivering diverse projects.
- Strong background in digital/performance marketing or brand consultancy; at least 10 years in marketing/advertising.
- Experience in telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record in complex client relationships, business development, and cross-functional communication.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, outstanding communication, and organizational skills.
