Inventory Control Coordinator

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; on-site

Salary: $21–26 per hour, plus stock options

What you will do

• Execute and document inventory movements across multiple manufacturing projects.
• Manage WMS and ERP transactions, investigate discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and support the annual physical inventory.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage surplus materials and scrap.
• Issue, kit, and transport parts for production; verify bills of materials and prepare sheet metal for CNC operators.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading trucks, cleanliness, and lot upkeep.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of inventory control experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with an MRP system.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

• Forklift operation experience.
