Senior Accountant, General Accounting (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States; remote role

What you will do

• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, debt, accruals, and prepaids.
• Prepare journal entries for accruals, depreciation, amortization, and cash postings.
• Perform variance analysis and document significant findings for management.
• Support financial statement consolidation, audits, compliance activities, and tax coordination.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of operational accounting experience, including month-end and quarter-end close.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP and strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas; solid Word proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a low error rate through self-review and quality control.
