Director of Product Management, Ecosystem

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $230,000–$255,000 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Own the strategy and direction of the developer platform, including APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and developer and partner portals.
• Advance first-party integrations and collaborate with major partners on joint solutions.
• Shape the ecosystem strategy in partnership with AI, product, engineering, and business development teams.
• Represent hirify.global externally and lead customer and application integration partner engagements.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of product managers.

Requirements

• Experience owning developer platform strategy across APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and developer or partner portals.
• Experience advancing product integrations and developing joint solutions with partners.
• Ability to collaborate across AI, product, engineering, and business development functions.
• Experience leading and mentoring product managers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from Mountain View, California, three days per week.
