Product Management Director (AI)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States; hybrid schedule based in the Reston office

Annual base salary: $180,700–$244,500, plus potential discretionary bonus and stock awards for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Own product strategy for emerging DNS services from market opportunity through commercialization.
• Direct product and product-line development to strengthen market positioning and expand the product portfolio.
• Partner with product development and research teams to define solutions and validate early product concepts with customers.
• Build strategic relationships across the DNS, AI, cloud, service-provider, and domain-name ecosystems.
• Monitor emerging technologies, competitive offerings, standards evolution, and industry events to identify opportunities and risks.
• Represent hirify.global as a product lead at customer engagements, conferences, standards bodies, and technical forums.

Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience in product management, marketing, channel management, or product development.
• Knowledge of DNS, internet infrastructure, and the broader DNS ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, AI platforms, developer tooling, and emerging AI technologies.
• Demonstrated experience developing strategic partnerships with technology companies, cloud providers, service providers, domain registrars, AI vendors, or related ecosystem participants.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, business, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships across the domain-name, service-provider, cloud, or AI ecosystems.
• Experience with open-source communities, IETF, standards organizations, or industry consortia.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
