Sr. Director, Partnership Finance Strategy

Location: Onsite at FN Tower in Omaha, United States

Salary: $144,269–$245,257 base pay annually

What you will do

• Partner with Partner Division leadership on financial strategy, growth initiatives, competitive positioning, and long-term value creation.
• Provide financial guidance on new business opportunities, partnerships, technology investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional analyses to identify revenue growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Evaluate business lines and complex partnership structures using internal and external data.
• Present clear, decision-ready financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build analytical frameworks, monitor portfolio risks, and support scenario planning while mentoring finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A experience in financial services or a complex multi-unit environment.
• Leadership experience with success in senior business partnership roles.
• Extensive experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, complex problem-solving, communication, mentorship, and collaboration skills.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States and no future sponsorship requirement.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with installment lending or consumer credit products.
