Director of International Accounting & Finance (Fintech)

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States. Hybrid work is available for associates living within 30 miles of an office location, with in-office presence required three days per week.

Annual compensation: $140,000–$150,000.

What you will do

• Provide guidance and direction to teams on key accounting and finance decisions.
• Develop and promote shared methodologies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define strategies and solutions.
• Oversee departmental finances, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Anticipate roadblocks, keep stakeholders informed, and coordinate major initiatives.
• Interface with vendors, consulting companies, and other external providers while coaching team members and promoting continuous learning.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a management role and in the relevant team area or industry.
• Ability to align short-term goals with long-term objectives and manage risk and uncertainty.
• Proven ability to manage conflict and build and lead high-performance teams.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
