Claims Technician

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States — 4521 Highwoods

Salary: $19.69–$27.08 per hour, plus a 5% incentive.

What you will do

• Manage incoming requests and correspondence from insureds, agents, and claimants regarding First Notice of Loss.
• Identify requests and route them appropriately or archive them when required.
• Support case management and the claims process under prescribed service standards and training guidelines.
• Meet defined productivity, accuracy, and departmental service-level standards.
• Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues and assist the Claims organization with additional responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Strong written, typing, and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• US work authorization is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
