Claims Specialist (Auto Insurance)

Location: Tampa, Florida; complete in-office training followed by an 80% on-site and 20% off-site schedule. Office: 5445 West Cypress Street, Tampa, Florida 33607.

Salary: $28.29–$37.72 per hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates. Evening shifts receive a 10% differential and weekends receive a 20% differential.

What you will do

• Manage incoming calls and guide policyholders through coverage and claim steps.
• Collect accident facts and statements from involved parties.
• Investigate claim details and assist customers with getting back on the road.
• Resolve customer concerns and support a positive claims experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-oriented interactions.

Requirements

• Customer-facing claims experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Florida Adjuster All Lines (0620) license preferred; a college degree is also preferred.
