Staff Software QA Engineer (Salesforce & Integrations)

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Define quality standards, testing methodologies, and release governance processes.
• Translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into functional, negative, positive, and regression test cases.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and infrastructure for Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Execute manual and automated test plans, report defects, and maintain traceability between requirements and test coverage.
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution of production issues through replication in test environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on iterative releases, enhancements, and integrated application stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and test automation.
• Experience with API testing and validation of integrations with external platforms.
• Experience validating distributed, highly available AWS architectures, data pipelines, and security compliance.
• Experience designing automation frameworks for large-scale Salesforce environments, including Apex, custom objects, and managed packages.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance testing for HL7 and FHIR API messaging structures.
