What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and build/buy/partner decisions for the North American tax and asset compliance domain.
• Turn telematics data into automated compliance evidence, filings, and monitoring that reduce violations, fines, downtime, and administrative effort.
• Define and track business and experience KPIs, including submission success, violations avoided, adoption, time-to-value, and NPS.
• Lead collaboration across product management, design, engineering, platform, segment, sales, support, and external fleet customers.
• Mentor cross-functional teams, manage capacity and investment portfolios, and develop future leaders.
• Translate executive and board direction into execution plans and report on domain outcomes, revenue contribution, and delivery health.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or related customer-facing product roles.
• 5+ years of senior product and people leadership with cross-functional accountability for customer-facing business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience defining and executing customer-facing product strategy, with P&L literacy, revenue attribution, and KPI ownership.
• Experience leading product management, product design, and product engineering teams and coaching high-potential leaders.
• Knowledge of product discovery, validation, CI/CD, cloud-native delivery, agile engineering, and AI-enabled workflow redesign.
