Principal Product Manager (Tax Technology)

Location: Remote USA

Base salary: $131,600–$171,100 per year, plus potential bonus, commission, and equity.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap execution, and the full lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimization.
• Lead customer and market research to identify pain points, market trends, product requirements, and innovation opportunities.
• Align engineering, marketing, leadership, customers, partners, and other stakeholders around product decisions and business objectives.
• Lead a matrixed product team, make high-level decisions, mentor junior team members, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
• Define cross-product innovation, including end-to-end solutions, integrations, APIs, and roadmap harmonization.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and trade shows while tracking competitor offerings and market input.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud solutions.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of core, emerging, and competitive tax technology markets.
• Ability to translate business problems into cloud-based solutions and understand ecosystems and integrations.
• Experience leading by influence in a matrixed environment and driving results with distributed global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
