Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Draper, Utah, United States; hybrid with in-office work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The role includes onsite user research and out-of-state travel 2–3 times per year.

What you will do

• Lead collaboration with design and engineering to represent customer needs, guide product decisions, and support planning and execution.
• Shape product experiences, product vision, and strategy with product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Gather feedback from users and cross-functional stakeholders and partner with engineering on high-quality implementation.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, competitive analysis, and product usage analysis.
• Define how AI is used across the product suite, including agent workflows and prompt development.
• Ship products end-to-end with a bias toward action while maintaining a transparent, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
• Experience building product strategy and vision, shipping products from zero to one, and leading cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and confidence operating in an AI-first product environment.
• Experience with third-party integrations, agile development, and design-centered product development.
• Technical understanding of microservice platforms and a strong interest in product usage data.
• Ability to work onsite in Draper, Utah three days per week and conduct onsite user research involving out-of-state travel 2–3 times per year.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B fintech, accounting, or supporting accounting professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.

Hiring process

• Application review followed by a 20-minute People Team phone call.
• 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager and a 60-minute interview with key stakeholders.
• 60-minute in-person interview with the Product Team.
