Global Product Director (GenAI)

Location: Hybrid role, with approximately half of the time spent in the office; occasional work at other BCG offices.

What you will do

• Lead the CT Workspace squad within the CT GenAI portfolio.
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, performance, adoption, and value realization for enterprise GenAI products.
• Manage products including ChatGPT, Copilot, ClaudeAI, AI Workbench, and internally built GenAI tools.
• Use employee insights, product analytics, adoption data, and consumption metrics to guide priorities, investment, and optimization.
• Lead direct reports and cross-functional squad members while aligning senior stakeholders across BCG.
• Partner with technology, security, legal, risk, finance, procurement, change, and business teams to deliver trusted and scalable GenAI experiences.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of relevant experience, including significant enterprise product leadership.
• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, enterprise SaaS products, and evolving AI capabilities.
• Experience leading complex product portfolios with Agile ways of working.
• Strong senior stakeholder leadership and the ability to align competing priorities.
• Data-driven decision-making skills using adoption, consumption, and performance insights.
• Demonstrated people leadership, strong communication, critical thinking, and confidence navigating ambiguity and enterprise-scale change.
