Head of Product (AI)

Location: New York City, on-site in the office every day

Base salary: $265,000–$310,000 per year, plus meaningful equity

What you will do

• Own product strategy and architecture across the consumer app, subscriptions, enterprise products, APIs, and partner integrations.
• Make an eight-year product surface coherent by simplifying concepts, clarifying user paths, and accelerating future shipping.
• Improve signups, activation, retention, weekly active use, subscription conversion, plan mix, pricing, and subscriber retention.
• Scale enterprise products by improving integrations, onboarding from signed contract to live deployment, packaging, pricing, renewals, and expansion.
• Own product metrics, forecasting inputs, experimentation standards, and decisions based on quantitative analysis.
• Build and operate AI agent workflows for discovery synthesis, competitive research, specifications, experiment analysis, forecasting, launch notes, and partner documentation.

Requirements

• Experience leading product for a consumer product used by millions, including personal ownership of pricing, conversion, or retention outcomes.
• Experience making a sprawling product coherent by cutting, merging, or rebuilding features and concepts.
• Experience shipping to enterprise or B2B customers and understanding the product delivery and customer onboarding lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience building with AI agents and replacing substantial parts of a product workflow with agent-run systems.
• Strong quantitative skills, including modeling, experimentation, metrics interpretation, and forecasting.
• Willingness to work in New York City, in the office every day.
