Senior Commercial HVAC Technician (HVAC)

Location: On-site five days per week in Williston, Vermont, United States

Hourly base pay: $34.37–$53.18 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan on-site HVAC installations and repairs.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and maintain responsibility for assigned products and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC units and systems using software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Identify issues, gather materials, synchronize field work, and support customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain records for company-issued and procured assets.
• Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, weekends, occasional overnight stays, and travel-related field service as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and typically five or more years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and use required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing ladders, accessing rooftops up to 50 feet or more, working in confined spaces, and standing on concrete for extended periods.
